Una graduated from QUB in 1999 with an LLB in Law and qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 after completing her postgraduate qualification from the IPLS at Queens. Una is now a partner in Donnelly and Wall having been employed there continuously since 2000.
Una specialises in criminal law and regularly represents clients in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and High Court. She also specialises in PACE and Prison Law and regularly attends at Parole Commissioner Hearings on her client’s behalf.
She has expertise in Judicial Review and more recently has been involved in high profile public inquiries.
Una assists in the day to day management of the firm and is the current money laundering officer.
