Solicitor
Declan graduated from QUB with Law and Politics. He then studied at the College of Law, Chester and qualified as a Solicitor in 2005. Declan spent many years practising as Solicitor in England and then returned home to Northern Ireland. He has obtained extensive experience in litigation cases in England and Northern Ireland.
Declan deals with all types of compensation cases including road traffic accidents, slips and trips, accidents at work and medical negligence claims. Over the years he has obtained substantial settlements on behalf of his clients. Declan is an active member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is also a member of the Clinical Negligence Practitioners Group.
