Denis Moloney LL.D. is the longest serving Partner in the Practice, having worked there prior to his Degree and Professional qualification.

Mr Moloney  is a Solicitor not only in Northern Ireland – but is on the Roll of Ireland [Dublin] and the Roll of England and Wales.  He is a member of Lincoln’s Inn – London, a Solicitor Advocate in Northern Ireland and holds Higher Rights in England and Wales.   He is a registered Notary Public.

Mr Moloney practices all area of law within the office – Human Rights, Judicial Reviews, Planning, Governance, Employment Law, Civil Liberties but on a daily basis specialises in all aspects of Criminal Law.   He uses his Advocacy skills on a daily basis throughout all Courts, primarily in Belfast.

Over the past years Mr Moloney has been heavily involved in Public Inquiries – locally and nationally.
